Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return/Exchange
The following returns and Exchanges policy is applicable to all items listed and sold through
bulbul.tv, unless and otherwise mentioned specifically in case of exceptions. For exceptions,
please refer the respective sections below.
In a general scenario, an item may be returned to us within the applicable return period if
you believe one or more from the below scenario has occurred:
It arrived in a physically damaged condition
It did not have the complete package/ has missing parts or accessories
The product is not something you ordered (wrong color/wrong item)
It is different from its description in the details section on Bulbul product page
I want to return/exchange an item. How do I do it?
We are sorry if there was an issue with the product. Please contact our Customer support
team at customersupport@bulbul.tv on email. We will try our best to help you with the
issue. We are available Monday - Friday from 10AM to 7PM
I am unable to return/exchange an item. Why is that?
Bulbul 5 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items
purchased on Bulbul for any/following reason(s) within 5 days of receipt of the item. We
only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and
packaging. You may want to check if the return policy is already exhausted. In case it is
otherwise, feel free to contact our customer support team who will be glad to help you.
When will my return be picked up?
If your area pincode is serviceable by our courier partner, we pick up the return shipment
within 7 days from the request placement date.
My return was picked up/self shipped. When will I receive my Credits/Bank
Refund/Exchange?
The entire return request to refund completed journey will take 15-30 business days, from
the date of raising the return.
Cancellation Policy
I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
We are sorry that you no longer wish to shop for the item. To cancel an order, contact our
customer support team via Chat, email or phone. We are available from Monday - Friday,
10am - 7pm.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end
as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net
Banking or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source
account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
Payment/Refund Policy
I have cancelled my prepaid order. When will I receive my refund?
The refund is duly initiated from our end within 24 hours, however, it may take 7-10
business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending upon the source of
payment. This time is entirely dependent upon the source of the payment and we have no
control over it. In case you do not receive funds beyond this timeline, you may always feel
free to contact us and we will share a bank transaction reference number which can be used
to trace the transaction.
My order didn't get placed, but the amount got debited. What happens next?
You need not worry, here’s what generally happens in such scenarios:
We typically get an update every 60 minutes from our payment partners for the
status of a transaction. If the payment has been successfully captured and credited
to us, we process the order accordingly
Sometimes it could take upto a maximum of 24 hours for the payment partners to
provide us an update, however, as soon as we have the status, we update your order
information accordingly
If the payment was debited from your account, however, not successfully captured
at our end, it is a failed transaction and is generally reversed within 24-48 hours. The
time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won't be able to
expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
Hence, as a standard practice, we suggest that you wait for a maximum of 24 hours for the
final status after you have paid for the order. If you have any questions or concerns, we are
